The children who go to the secondary school is only rated less than 20 per cent. In total, 114 million children cannot attain the basic education worldwide.

The assistance of government to reduce the number of poverty has decreased from 0.33 per cent to 0.22 per cent. It will be harden for the poor people since there is little help and attention from the government.
9.income growth
The income growth of the people in a certain transition and developing countries in 1990s is not more than 3 per cent. If the income can be developed significantly, the rate of the poverty can be reduced.
10.Agricultural sector
Agriculture is the main sector for more than 80 per cent of the women who live in South Asia and sub-Saharan. Most of the women who work in this sector only receive little education and hardly literate.
